CV AND INTERVIEW SKILLS WORKSHOPS
The aim of this workshop is twofold:
• To deliver practical, real-life advice to enable you to create a winning CV
• To help you master leading edges strategies for effective interview preparation and
success
You will be provided with the tools and techniques to help you avoid common mistakes and to discover the traits employers look for in successful candidates.
After attending this workshop you will walk away with the following information:
• How to write a winning CV
• CV Formats (structure, length, relevance)
• How to avoid CV blunders
• Key requirements employers look for today
• Understand how to prepare for an interview
• Differences between Traditional and Competency based interviews
• Interview questions: advice and guidance on how to tackle them
• Body language, listening skills, rapport building
• How and when to seek interview feedback
• Negotiating salary and managing offers
The workshop is extremely interactive and highly effective. Participants work in groups; role-playing real life scenarios, acting both as interviewees and interviewers. Video recording provides immediate feedback.
